If they reinvest the money they would have spent on Starz into more content, I can see this working out well for them.

Yep. I'm pretty pro-Netflix (it's still by far the best deal around) but even if I wasn't, this isn't that big a deal. Losing Disney, however, would probably be a bad thing.
