No the program is not! It's not the program Miles inherited it has slipped. In any company it starts at the top that's why CEOs make large money. Les is Lsu football's CEO and our stock is about as valuable as Enrons right now.

+1, but Alleva and the rest of the administrators are more to blame, in my opinion.

to golf teaching pro,

I don't see this at all. I really don't think we have had any major problems until now, and even these problems are not directly related to his leadership. Remember, he did get rid of Perrilloux after several chances. I like the guy, and I like Aleva also. Aleva comes to us with a lot of experience in handling stupid behavior among players and UNIVERSTIY PRESIDENTS. I am with them becasue I know that every program has moments of difficulty.

BTW, I see your picture is one with Lombardi on, I think, Jerry Kramer's shoulders. I really don't think Lombardi's available. And perhaps you can explain to me why our stock mimics the value of Enron. I would sincerely like to hear your logic.

Revisionist history...

In 2004...

- Coach on his way out after playing the administration nearly every year he was here with going to the pros

- Pathetic couple of years recruiting the o-line

- Problem players on the roster: X Carter, Nick Child, Jeffrey Jack, EJ Kuale, Shawn Jordan

The 04 team finished with 3 losses and beat 1 ranked team (at the time played). Last years team finished with 2 losses and beat 5 ranked teams.

Yes, the LSU program is in terrible shape.....they just finished #8 in the country last year, and are currently #4. Some of you people just aren't smart enough to figure out how good miles is doing with this program, from a winning perspective to a class perspective. He cannot control every player on the team, nor can any coach. Posts like these are either obvious attempts to flame, or from young college aged kids who have no clue about how a great program is run.

Another slow day at the windmill?
Hey I understand your anger. Miles makes tons of money and you have to survive on tips from kid birthday parties.
