re: NO way a jury convicts JJ on these charges

read the report the original statement at 1:30 said one victim, never mentioned someone pulled from the truck. It was Lowery and his witness that brought up the truck one hour later and after leaving the scene. My opinion the original statement at 1:30 contradicts what Lowery said after having an hour to get his story straight.

The report does not say where Long was when she contacted the police it appears she was not interviewed at the scene. It appears she was not at the bar at 1:30 when the police arrived but contacted them over an hour. How did she know to contact the police office?
