Thats bullshite then. It was a bar/street fight. I cant tell how many times I have seen people stomp the shite out of someone on the ground, myself included. No one ever runs to the cops over it.

Finally we agree on something. It happens all the time. The difference this time is the scumbag brought charges. Unfortunately as police they have to pursue the charges. Again unfortunately there was evidence to back it up. Another thing we can agree on is lowery( I did not capitolize is name on purpose)is scum.
