I had a 22 seacat way back when. We constantly had water in the boat as the deck was not high enough/crowned to drain to the scuppers.
Moved up to a 26 glacier bay. Much nicer, deck was much better. Did have a scupper hose come loose and fill one hull that was pretty scary.
Both were slow. Both had trouble in a following sea as described above. Ride was great for passengers in following or side seas, but as the captain, a little uncomfortable as the natural tendancy to turn in response to waves is opposite in a cat.
Have moved on to a 28 ft monohull.
