Fake.
Her hair touching her left shoulder has unmistakable "repetitively enlongated" structure from using the clone tool.
But it is really well-done otherwise. I applaud the farker for the genius concept.

Just to illustrate:
I used to clone tool to lengthen the hair excessively to mke the point that it looks unnaturally repetitive.
Hopefully, it should now be more apparent to detect the clone strokes in his shortened version.
