guys have been using polyester strings for years.

Moya and Fererro were using textured Luxilon (big banger) strings back in the 90s, theres been nothing groundbreaking since then.

I would venture to say that the RPM Blast, the octagonal shaped high-spin string from Babolat, that Nadal uses, is far superior to the Big Banger stings of the late 1990's.
