re: Who has a bigger impact on the game, Cliff Harris or Tyrann Mathieu?

Bigger impact as of this point in time has to go to Cliff. I really don't see how that can be debated right now. Can't just write off an All-American (both as DB and a returner) as if he's a bum like many on here seem to be doing but to each their own I guess. That said Cliff has been starting for 2 years and had more of an opportunity to prove himself. Not saying Cliff will for sure be better this coming season but if I were a betting man I'd still put my money on him.
