re: Small convenient store on east side Tiger Stadium in the 80's

I remember on or near Chimes Street the Varsity, Highland Coffee, the Chimes, the Bayou, Library Joe's, Mediterranean Cafe and then it moved and do you remember the bar called Slinky's? It was on Chimes street next to the Library Joe's.

I also remember Chelsea's at that mall and the SuperFresh and that Sandwich place called Anna's or something run by a Vietnamese lady.

I especially liked the Bayou, Library Joe's Slinky's and Chelseas. I used to do all my drinking on that part of Chimes street with the Chimes thrown in for good measure.
