Just be careful - some of those prepared oatmeal packets have tons of sugar in them. I usually can separate most of it out when I'm pouring the oatmeal out. If you like sweets, honey needs to become your best friend. Also, some of my fav go-to snacks are ranch rice cakes (actually very good) and reduced fat string cheese
