Distance from home has to do what about his necklaces or performance? Nothing. I've lived 2000 miles from home for 6 years and performed at a high level.

What does that have to do with anything? This is baseball not basketball and he is an infielder
If anything this should help him at the plate

It is a big accomplishment and I was proud of that team and celebrated with them in Omaha, but it should NOT create a sense of entitlement that this team appears to have

Bigpopie is speechless. You're accountable to the fanbase as a scholarship recipient and you are expected to perform at a high level. If not schollies should be pulled. The kids don't think this is a reality and it shows.

sense of entitlement? i don't see that from the players that were apart of that team. from others that havent earned that right maybe.
his height or lack there of has nothing to do with anything. it is meant to show how hard he has worked to overcome and be successful

What exactly has he had to overcome please elaborate? Ge has been fed with a silver spoon since arriving at LSU.

No doubt Tyler had to work hard to get where he's at (although talent is probably a bigger factor) but I have to second what Aviator said about complacency. I dont live in Baton Rouge anymore, but from everyone I know, I hear Tyler frequents Fred's way too often and has way too many late nights for someone who has 4-5 games a week.

Hanover had nothing to do with the runs Gausman gave up tonight. Pitcher has had a tough last two games, he will be very good by the end of the year. You guys just need to stop with this

I'm going to be in N.C. in August maybe I'll catch up with you there. But oh no I'll be 900 miles from home!
