I was def gonna say fried porkchops...I could do the mashed potatos ad gravy too...but I'd have to have a big pot of cabbage with mine
Never had cabbage with my fried pork chops. I do like cabbage though. My mom makes this dish that we call snifflekie, oh it's so good, basically fried dough and cabbage seasoned up. YUMMY stuff I'll have to get the recipe if you like cabbage recipes.

I seriously limit myself to fried pork chops once a year. My birthday , that's the only time I have them. otherwise I'd weight 400 lbs, or more. and I could eat biscuits and white gravy with EVERY meal.

I had a job that required me to be able to pass certain physical tests every year, so I had to be somewhat careful to what I ate. Now I'm retired so I suppose I could eat what I want, but i don't want to be huge so I won't.

Tough call but soft shell chicken and steak tacos with a lotta cilantro and onion. And also some fresh guacamole.
