401k from previous job

When you leave a job but still have 401k money in their fund, what is the best option to pursue? Roll it into IRA, leave it, or roll it into your new job's fund?
Fidelity is encouraging me to roll it into an IRA with them. My question is what is the benefit for someone who doesnt move money around often and is satisfied with current returns? Why not just leave it in the fund?

If you are satisfied with the returns, I wouldn't touch it.

I've been in your exact position. I had a 401K through Fidelity that I rolled into a IRA. The main benefit to rolling it is the HUGE amount of new investment opportunities that are available to you after you convert.

I'm in a similar situation myself. I had a Roth 401k with my previous employer but I starting working for the state a few months ago and they have nothing for me to roll it into. I opened an IRA with Fidelity but still having some trouble getting the funds transferred between accounts.
