Obviously the guy is here looking for dimensions to make a mock-up, a miniature, a cake, heck I don't know - he didn't specify, but dimensions, in and of themselves are not targeting information.

Was it suspicious that he asked to the top of the concrete section? Maybe. But, again, a building of that age and appearance being constructed out of concrete isn't all that shocking.

Besides, Tiger Stadium is not even the likeliest "stadium" target in the state, for those who would seek to do us harm.
