Benching Players in Horrendous Weather Today?

Where you have decent options, are most of you benching WR's that are playing games in Chicago and New York?
ESPN just reported expected win gusts of 50 MPH during Patriots - Bears game and possible backward punts!
Leading me to put D. Branch and S. Holmes on the bench today for WR's playing in Domes or warm weather.
