Casa Garcia off of Veteran's by Chapelle HS has great Mexican food. 
And I haven't been impressed with Shogun's sushi the past 2 times I've been. It tasted terrible
, plus the waiters there expect you to order your food as soon as you sit down and rush you out of there after about 10 minutes. Sake Cafe and Wasabi (in Lakeview) both have way better sushi.
