No, I can read just fine. You are going on perception being different than reality. When a person is making $3.75 Million a year to be coach, it SHOULD all be on him.
I know high school coaches that take more responsibility for their teams than Les has shown. He has tons of faults and is no where near deserving of even half his salary after the past three seasons.
As for the other part, I like how you ignored the evaluation of your "mitigating circumstances" argument.
