10 minutes still left on the clock. Since everyone on the rant is an OC in waiting, I would ask if I was the only one who was slowly dying inside while watching them protect a 5 "lead" instead of going for a real lead and then go to protect mode....?

Hindsight is 20/20, but if I am Miles, and I have seen my defense absolutely rape Florida all night, giving up TD drives of only 16 yards and like 20 yards after the PP fumble, then I play relatively conservative and keep winning the field position battle. Who would have thought that UF would go 80 yards with the game on the line based on what they had done all night.

i don't consider 5 pts a lead when you still have 10 minutes left on the clock. Just trying to get some perspective from the experts here....

we have a want to be able to power rush like the '07 team that used it to beat florida and other teams. the difference is that then, we could do even when their d knew it. no now; at least not until theri d respects our passing. i think that days acoming. meyer never let up on stacking against the run saturday. in that respect, he was indeed outcoached by les miles. jlee has a damn quick release. if other teams don't respect that they too will be burned. jl to tt. magic.
