Ed Danielson said yesterday that the contract expires in December 2012, but someone on here said last night that O Keefe reupped it before he left so the contract is good until 2014. I am not sure which is true.
I will give miles this, he has turned around the special teams and defense through the hiring of good coaches. Now he needs to can crowton, hire a great OC and back up and let the guys coach.
QB development is what is lacking. The O line will get better each year, we are loaded at RB and WR. I believe a Great QB coach could make a good QB out of J Lee.

I agree with Salford227 except for one thing: In addition to QB coaching, poised sideline game management is also lacking. QB coaching can make up for part of that, but we also need a coach on the sidelines who can game management. Believe it or not, I don't necessarily think the head coach needs to do that -- but someone does and right now we have nobody.
