Anybody ever read this book?
I just picked it up after a recommendation from a friend. I've made great strides over the past couple of months. I checked in around 190 beginning of May and today I'm down to 170.
I eat better, run, exercise daily etc. Mostly I've done this on my own, but a buddy recommended I read this book.
The premise is that the "calories in, calories out" model is bad science and not the actual root cause for weight gain. I've had pretty good success cutting calories, and I just started the book so I'm interested to see what I learn.
