After 19 games as a starter, I think this baptism thing should be over. We are going to need more drives like the first two of the second half if we are going to get where we want to be. Coaches are going to have to call the plays and Jefferson is going to have to execute them. They are going to have the handcuffs off at some point and let the chips fall
