Can we tailgate at the Nashville Marriott?

Lots of folks saying they'll be tailgating in the hotel parking lot, but has anybody gotten verbal or written confirmation from the Mariott that we can do this? Just checking cuz I'm there and looking for Tigahs to party with. Tnx.

I'm not sure where exactly you can do that. There is no front area that would allow that - it's basically a roundabout for valet service. The back of the hotel literally backs up to Vandy Stadium.
