I wonder how many people we could put in that stadium. With standing room it can hit 111,000.

Or would they limit it to the 80,000 conventional arrangement to have a better chance at a sellout?

How many we puttin in the GA dome? It's close to the same distance.

Well, yeah, but the Georgia Dome seats what, just over 70? With a decent number of tickets going to UNC which is less than 400 miles away. Not quite the same thing as pondering whether LSU could fill a 110,000 seat stadium with an opponent from 2,000 miles away...

There is a large Alum base in both Houston and Dallas though. I am sure that would help with packing the stadium at Jerry world.

Completely different. First off, LSU has huge alumni/fan base in Texas. Second, LSU has kinda overdone Atlanta lately. I have a friend in TAF and he said people are sick of going to Atlanta. Dallas would be a new location plus the lure of Jerry's Palace. Plus I think LSU surprises people this year and positions itself well for next year.

I think you'd see a huge level of people traveling to the game (ala the Washington game) plus a huge local fanbase. It'd be packed.
