Any banks in BR that can handle Intl Money Orders?

I need to send a small sum in Pounds Sterling to a University in London. Sounds easy enough but the USPS, Western Union, Wells Fargo, Regions and Whitney tell me to get fricked. I'm at a loss. A wire transfer or cashier's check isn't an option. Is there a way to get this done in BR? Any help is appreciated.

No, just need to send payment over to a library in UK for some old newspaper scans they did for me.

I don't know the answer, but if I had to guess, I'd say that Chase would be your best bet, just by virtue of them having the biggest international presence via JPMorgan.
I'm actually pretty surprised that Western Union couldn't help you. Have you tried doing it online with them?

And go to the one in the Chase building downtown.
