Champ Bailey and Woodson are the best I've seen in my generation. PP certainly has that ability but I doubt it. When was the last time a defensive player won the heisman? The main reason Woodson won it was because he created touchdown on PRs and defense. So, that was like being a offensive player. They're biased in their voting, you have to contribute somewhere else other than defense.

PP is on kickoffs but I highly doubt he gets the opportunities. They're going to pick on Claiborne since hes unproven, so he better be ready. So, unless PP is a return beast, I doubt he has a chance. Even with 10 INTs.

This. I don't know if he becomes that good. He would have to start intercepting balls thrown to the opposite side of the field to be the "most dominant CB in NCAA history".
