he was prepared to take over the league, then he finished under miles, instead of saban. now he's out of the nfl because of the lingering effects of miles. had saban stayed, the raiders wouldve beaten the saints in miami. miles just cant coach up the talent like saban can. sad, just sad.

A lot of multi-millionaire athletes still bust their arse to be the best they can be. Kobe Bryant, Peyton Manning, Drew Brees, etc, etc. Can't believe the mindset of some posters, who are acting as apologists for JR.
JR needed a stern disciplinarian, like Shaq had with his step-Dad. JR never had that.
