Selling my condo. What do I do with the money?

Probably will stay in the current home for 2 more years and want to save the money from the condo till then.

CD's/Money market account.

The rates are shitty right now, but 2 years is too short of a time horizon for a real investment. I wouldn't lock in any CD rates longer than a couple of months at the rates they are offering now.

Obviously pay down all personal debt first.

condo's are hard to sell. they changed the rules on lending money on them. I sold mid year last year and it spent 8 months on the market.

I know a guy that can turn double that in no time. He's in the importing business.
