We are currently ranked 18th by forbes list in terms of most valuable football programs, right behind arkansas. once we join the SEC, we would bump that number by 15 mil or so right away with the TV money.

Add that to the fact that fan support and donations would be at a 15 year high, games would be selling out the next day, and we are easily jumping up into the top 10. I did some of the math, and we would have a team value of 73 mil with the added TV revenue alone. which puts us within 5 mill or so of every team in the SEC but Fla. LSU. and Bama.

ALl just by JOINING the conference. when we finally adjust to the SEC style of play and field some good teams, that number will certianly increase.

A&M ATHLETICS DOES NOT RECEIVE A PENNY OF ENDOWMENT MONEY

Jesus Christ

p.s........Texas A&M is one of several schools that share that endowment. That's why it's called 'system'.

Take the endowment talk to the academics board.

That quick math study would sell me for sure if I was a decision maker for A&M. Come on over to the SEC where we build wealth without destroying the whole product.

If all this is true, why did A&M's athletic dept have to borrow $16M from the school's general fund to pay it's bills? Something doesn't add up.....

You better check your math....

No possible way does A&M have a $15M incremental increase in TV money or go from $52M to $73M by joining the SEC.
