2) Activate hotspot shield, edit: just click the icon on you desktop to open a browser window. You have to let it connect. I lost power and when I went back in and opened a window and went to ESPN3 it was blacked out again. I did the IP search and I was back in Houston. I clicked the icon and let it connect and I am now in California watching the game again.
3) Go to ESPN3 and click the link to the game.
4) It will not recognize your ISP because you have a new one that is not in partnership with ESPN3. A box will pop up. Select your provider and choose to log-in to said provider.
I activated the shield and it said connected, but I can't get to the part where you have to choose your ip provider.

the remote access should have opened that up. did you open it, close it, then turn hotspot back on and then reload the ESPN page?

That is when you click on the video feed on ESPN3. It is ESPN's box that pops up. Then you select your provider and click the sentence underneath the provider box to login using your information for your ISP account.
