Check out the Extended Stay America website--the rates aren't bad--I have stayed there many times--they have daily rates

I have stayed at the following hotel many times when visiting the campus and Jackie Robinson Field is only half a mile or mile (campus is 1.8 miles). They also have a great restaurant at the top of the hotel with windows all the way around:

It is a great hotel. Just remodeled in the past 3-4 years.
