The people on these shows are so damn dumb. Every time they have a weight carrying challenge, the puzzles always allow you to drop weight. They don't however make you both get there at the same time to start (as in one person can get their first and then do it by themselves).
So why the hell does one person always wait and scream at the other? F'n sprint up that bitch, solve the puzzle drop your weight, then go back and help your partner.
