Does coffee remain fresher in the cans or in the sealed packs?

Or does it matter?

I'd assume they are both vacuum sealed so prolly the same. After its opened I don't know.
I keep mine in the freezer, seems to keep a long arse time in there.

Right I meant after they were opened. I was also wondering whether the metal affects the taste of the coffee; I know some Coke gurus swear that the drink reacts with the aluminum in cans and leaves an aftertaste.
