Since about 90% of our early recruits actually signed with us last year, I would say about 90% done.

Commits early on usually always stick because these type of guys know what they want.

I don't like getting big time commimments 1 month before signing day etc........these type of guys are usually the attention seekers/indecisive guys who make the switches.
