I've got a 120 qt pot and a bayou classic 20 PSI high pressure jet cooker with a 48" stainless banded LPG hose. I haven't used the yet but should this burner be sufficient without buying any additional regulator? Thanks

The culprit IMO is wind, if you can avoid it you may be ok.

I personally love to just be able to bring it to a boil fast. That way you can ice down if you want and bring it back up to temp without waiting all damn day.
