Seriously - Why not hire a QA Coach?

I think Les may have too much of the fan mentality to keep a good grip on the in-game management.
Why not bring some high IQ intellectual, focused solely on game management?

Hey, I like the idea too. Heck, I will be a volunteer coach for this position too. Guarantee I can call a timeout at the end of the Ole Miss game at least

You mean like a Press Secretary? Les does well one on one or in small settings as is evidenced by his recruiting skills. He just has a problem with crowds or broadcast interviews. I think he must get nervous. I don't know how much confidence anyone would have in a coach that sent a press secretary out to do his analysis for him.
