Baked Pork Chops

Did some sirloin chops in the oven last night. Tried a packet marinade(McCormick's I think) that consisted of chipolte and pepper. Mixed the packet with vegetable oil and water and soaked the chops for about 4 hours. Then sprinkled some Tony's and garlic salt. Damn good. Parsely potatoes on the side. Had some of these leftovers for breakfast this morning too.
