Yes, with some protection.

He didn't do such a bad job while running for his life in the abscense of a ground game. It could have been much worse.

Why don't you negatigers insert your heros Flynn, Russel, Mauk's Soph year into 2009 and imagine results. These guys success came with luxury of great o-line and run/pass balance.
You aholes wouldn't even come here if everything was perfect and couldn't find something negative to say.
