and just for fun. I know that this isn't going to happen but who else thinks that Zorn would be a perfect fit here at OC. I know that he wouldn't stoop down from an NFL HC to a CF OC but let's just pretend that he would. I think an NFL offensive type of coach would be a good coach at LSU because he would definitely know how to utilize talent given he had plenty in the NFL. And Zorn is supposed to be really really good with QB's, and that seems to always hold us back just a little. Not betting on Zorn being our next OC just daydreaming a little and starting conversation.

QB coach maybe....OC, no. Wash. brought someone in mid season to call plays and took that from him. Is that what you would want? Not me. JMHO.

yeah I knew he got his play calling taken away from him I just figured that was a little bit of just how bad their offense was. Yeah, with him getting fired and some people on here talking about Leach it got me thinking. it's just interesting how many coaches are out there, and I always wonder how much better they could make us.

Sean Payton got his play-calling duties revoked while under Fassel with the Giants and Parcels almost did the same thing when he was with the Cowboys...Not saying Zorn is the answer at LSU but to judge his abilities as an OC solely because a dysfunctional franchise like the Redskins revoked his play calling duties is not logical.

Zorn was in over his head. Remember Snyder hired Zorn, who was the QB coach in Seattle, to be the OC for the Redskins and then elevated him to Head Coach. So Zorn went from QB Coach to Head Coach almost overnight. I agree he should have been hired but he was one hell of a QB coach.
