the scheme seemed to put a pretty heavy burden on our DBs.. there was virtually no pressure on the QB ever..

Yup. I dont know if I've ever seen a defense so unimpressive to look at and that gave up so much yardage and yet kept teams out of the end zone so well.

I agree... Without Patrick Peterson, we would have been in trouble this year.

No. There was pressure, there were just no sacks. The QB always escaped the rush and made a throw. We didn't try to disrupt the throw or get in his face, we ran full speed right at the QB who would always just take 3 steps to the side and escaped the rush.

I hope this is something Miles addresses. We have to stop letting the QB escape the pocket.
