The man fails basic strategy 101. His teams are a disorganized mess. We can't get plays in on time, have countless formation penalties, have no attention to detail. Miles can't coach either side of the ball. He is only as good as his coordinators allow him to be.
We win despite Miles. Damn good coach? I don't think so.
