It's infuriating that the broadcasters (and while ESPN isn't alone, it's a major offender)decide before the game what the "story line" of the game is going to be, and they then try to wedge their analysis into a predetermined theme. It takes less talent to do that than to be attuned to what is actually happening and decide what the "story line" is as it plays itself out. (In the case of this game, it was the dominance of the LSU defense against Arkansas' pass offense and the field position battle in the first half, and the adjustments Arky made at halftime) ESPN decided that this game was all about the last minute of the Ole Miss game, and when this game (as many games do) came down to a final drive to tie or win the game, they outdid themselves. And Erin, bless her beautiful, vacuous self, couldn't talk about anything else in her interview. Les, knowing what a mistake it would be to dwell on the negatives of Ole Miss instead of the positives of beating Arkansas, did the polite thing by ignoring her presumption that this week was about last week. Thus the disconnect between her questions and his responses. See my post above for what he should have said.

People are in tv to shock and get their agenda across. No journalism anymore. We all know that.
They want ratings. Does it surprise you they hung their story line on ole miss debacle? Can't really blame them...that's what they do...stir the pot.
