Jake,and all Tiger tailgaters,
Go to Ol' Miss online full color parking map. You'll see a pink n' white long narrow lot in the upper right of the map; we're going to skip the baseball stadium parking this time and try that lot. I'm told a bunch of other Tigers are going there, too. I think it's $10 to park.

we are heading up friday morning. For anybody who will be cooking or has sound systems or a large setup, I think our best bet is going to be setting up around the perimeter of the grove.
The purple area is an area that a bunch of opposing team fans have been setting up. This area isnt all that big and like everything else, is 1st come 1st serve. Its tough to get a concrete answer, but the consesus is cooking is allowed anywhere other than in the grove itself (fire hazard).
The red area shown is another area across the street from the grove that would be fine as is the yellow area. Pretty much, anywhere on the perimeter of the grove should be fine for cooking.
As far as what time we can setup and reserve the spot is still a little questionable. It use to be 3am on saturday mornings but I suspect this weekend, it will be around 7pm friday night. The road that circles the grove is a load/unload road during games. As for parking, there is a $20 parking lot behind the performing arts center which is located right where Old Taylor Rd. T-bones into Univeristy Ave.
Remember, Oxford is stuck in the 50's so you must have all alcohol in cups and you can NOT display bottles on your tables. As long as the ground around you isn't peppered with beer cans or empty 5ths, everything should be fine.
