When will Loston be ready?

Overall LSU's secondary is doing fairly well. It seems to me that most of the breakdowns against MSU were at strong safety.
In 2007 Chad Jones was able to contribute as a freshman, and he has really come along. Is Loston ready to step up and help out at safety?

Loston is needed back there.
Recievers need to start thinking twice before they catch the ball in the middle of the field.

Too many other schools are getting way more out of their impact freshman.

Under Less Miles, it'll be when he's a junior or senior. Frosh can't play for Less until they're upperclassmen. Evidence: Charles (Hit the same hole 20 times a game) Scott. BTW, not a slam on CS, he nor anybody else can gain significant yardage when the other team knows what's coming. It's the playcalling (continuing to run the same plays when they are not working.) RS gained 6.5 yds a carry in the first half, and then was not played at all in the second half. We'd rather gain 2.5 ydp with CS or 2.9 with KW. No way I'd come to LSU if I were LS.

Since we had an incredible recruiting class, why don’t we use them instead of waiting until we absolutely have to and then end up starting someone with no experience? I see that they are doing that with RS and RR but I’d like to see more of it.
