I am having a disagreement with friends about the pronunciation of Stroube's. Is it:
STROBES (LONG O) LIKE DOES
STROOBES (LONG U) LIKE BOOBS
STROOBIES (LONG U + E) LIKE BOOBIES
THANKS FOR THE HELP ANYONE. I HOPE I'M RIGHT. FREE DINNER AT STROUBE'S IS RIDING ON THIS. IT'S CLOSED TONIGHT, SO I CAN'T CALL THEM TO SEE HOW THEY WOULD ANSWER THE PHONE.

I pronounced it like strobe light in my head the longest time before I heard the right name. It is # 3
