In my opinion, I believe that both schools would be up for the challenge. However, I believe that the NCAA won't let it happen. The talk about "What would have been?" seems to sell a lot more than actually letting teams play the game. I guess what I mean is that it is the same reason why the NCAA won't allow the only sport in Division 1 to have a playoff system. I believe that the political agenda with the media helps to make more money than actually settling it on the field. There is always going to be message boards, Television, Radio stations to bring up the LSU vs. USC argument or the fact that the undefeate Auburn team should have finished #1 or just like always, a BCS controversy at the end of the year. If both teams finally played or if there was a playoff system in tact; do you think they would ever really have anything to talk about or would it be more interesting? Thoughts?
