committed to Ole Miss yesterday i used to go to school with him and i was on the offensive line i was a sophmore when he started on the line in 8th grade he was already bigger than me i knew this kid was gonna be special. so congrats to him and his family just 3 days ago his dad told me he was going to vandy.

Why didn't Chase goe to Alabama? Did he not get an offer? I heard he was a little on the short side - 6'1 to 6'2.

I've never heard anything about Bama wanting him.
The real question is why he didn't go to Auburn along with his teammate Jeremy Richardson, especially since they are in such dire need of OL's and he could have been a backcounter for them.
Rumors are that he didn't have a commitable offer from Auburn. But I have a hard time understanding why under the circumstances.

Alabama never offered him, and yes he is on the short side but u dont have to be a giant to be a good center. IS IT NOT POSSIBLE FOR 2 PEOPLE TO SHARE THE SAME NAME ?????

Chase is a CENTER. CENTERs can be 6-1 or 6-2

Decent get, but he's not that good. I've watched him for the past three years at Springville and I don't see him doing big things in college. Auburn recruited him early while recruiting Richardson, but quit on him later.
You going to the Springville game tonight Chase or you playing in it.
