thanks, thats where i was leaning but Williamson has torn it up in the preseason with the first team and they really dont have many other options over there so i wanted to get some other opinions.

In the dictionary next to the definition of "potential" is a picture of Williamson. However, you won't find him anywhere near the definition of "success" or "results." I've watched this guy his whole career. I've seen every preseason flash he's ever shown. He has the size and speed, but other issues have undermined him. He had a sight problem in Minnesota that prevented him from every really breaking out. I don't know whether he's fixed that. I'm pretty sure I recall a behavior issue, too.

From what I have heard, Williamson is the No. 3 in Jax. I have also heard that Burleson is the No. 3 in Seattle. With weak No. 2s in both cases (Walker and Branch), there's room for either of these guys to catch balls.

I'd like to say that Williamson has as good a shot as anyone to put up decent No. 3 WR numbers, but, based on his track record (or lack of one), I'd prefer Burleson.

there is talks of Deon Butler passing Nate Burleson in the depth charts and Deion Branch getting cut altogether from the Seahawks.

Not any more.

Vito Stellino, of The Florida Times-Union, reports Jacksonville Jaguars WR Mike Sims-Walker (ankle) is no longer in the starting lineup, as he has lost the starting job to veteran WR Troy Williamson, who emerged as a big-play threat during Sims-Walker's absence.

My only problem is I was the idiot who took marshall in our draft (it was before he was suspended) so i'm trying to find the more consistant of the two in the event marshall misses extended time.
