actually, a happy's might not do too bad in the area with the large number of 30 and 40 somethings that live out here .... we really don't have a place like that in SE BR to go to and have to drive well into BR to get something like that ... i have always thought a concept like the bulldog would do really well out here ..

They are opening a Happy's next to Walk-On's on Coursey in the old Charlie's Coffee location.
