Does he have a timeline on when he will commit? Does he have a list narrowed down or is it pretty much assumed to be between LSU and Auburn? I have seen his highlight tapes and he reminds me a lot of Reggie Bush.

if I had to guess, he'll wait until NSD or longer. My guess on his 5 official visits he'll take... Auburn, LSU, USC, Texas, and Tennessee... Baylor as a possible sleeper visit.
ETA: now, I think his cousin Trovon Reed will commit to LSU around January or so, before NSD but still rather late in the process

FYI, Lache is trying to graduate in December.

IMO, i dont think it will be a NSD decision. He's made it clear that he's trying to enroll in college in Jan.
If i were a big time recruit like him, I'd try to get the decision out of the way before my SR season starts so he can enjoy it.

ETA: now that I think of it, he has said before that he intends to announce at the US Army All American Bowl

I bet this will be the single most used thread subject in TD.com history
If you google "Lache Seastrunk" five years from now about 14,000 TD threads will come up...
They need to do a Bing.com commercial with a girl asking her mother when they are going to the lake this weekend ...and the mother turns to her and says:
"Lache Seastrunk, internet recruiting sensation, most talked about figure on Tigerdroppings.com, an explosively fast RB from Temple, TX who loves to wear USC socks, LSU headbands and enjoys such hobbies as hanging out with fellow LSU Tiger Trovon Reed and fricking with Auburn coaches with orange gangsta shades..."
Then the daughter puts a gun in her mouth and kills herself... Would be the best commercial aired during Super Bowl XLVIII

WOW you must have some good inside INFO by claiming that Baylor is one of his top 5 schools. This is the first I have heard of them being in the mix for Lache.

not at all a longshot
Baylor is the hometown school and if Briles and Griffin can show they truly are a team on the rise and take another step forward this season I think he takes a serious look
He knows he starts the day he walks on campus and he'll have Griffin feeding him the rock for two years
There is a lot of obvious appeal there IMO

I guess you have never seen his scout page
Yes I have and I dont really believe that its very reliable mainly b/c it lists Auburn as HIGH on his list of schools. Also the poster who said he would visit also said he would visit Tennessee, which isnt even on his lists of schools.
IMO I think he chooses between Auburn, LSU, and USCw.

Someone else who wasn't around for the Joe McKnight recruitment process. I think that topic holds the record at the moment. At least in terms of recruiting.
