This is actually a major problem. The book is very dark and there is a sense that everything is on the edge of disaster for the good guys. The book goes into Riddle's bloodline and why he became so evil. The movies was all about teenage hormones.

Also, they never tell you why Snape was called teh Half-Blood Prince. The movie was bullshite.

the end of the 3rd, 4th and the entier 5th, 6th, and 7th books are dark and makes for a much better read IMO. They should have made the movie 20 minutes longer and added in the ending from the book.

The burrow attack was in the 7th book
